Ingredients

2 servings
  • 200 gramsprawns
  • For marinade:
  • 1/2 tspdried red chilli paste
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • For dip:
  • 2 tspred chilli paste
  • 1 tsphoney
  • 1/2 tspwhite vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, add red chilli paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon juice and salt. Mix with prawns and let it set for 5-10 mins

  2. 2

    Optional: Use the tip of the skewer and insert the prawns, leaving some distance in between.

  3. 3

    Heat a tawa or a non stick pan, add some oil. Keep flame on low.

  4. 4

    Place the skewers on the tawa and cook on low flame. It should take 3-4 mins on each side.

  5. 5

    While the prawns are cooking, mix together honey, chilli paste and vinegar together for the dip.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
