Fried Yam and Scrambled eggs

Ingredients

  1. Yam
  2. Eggs
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Onions
  5. Groundnut oil + little margarine
  6. Chilli pepper
  7. cubesSeasoning
  8. Crayfish (optional)
  9. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and cut your yam nicely, to your desired shape for frying. Then pour in a bowl adding few pinches salt as well. (Depends on your yam quantity)

    Heat up your groundnut oil and when its hot, you put in your yam and fry for at least 4-5mins. And transfer in a sieve

    For the scrambled eggs !!!!.....Heat up your pan and add your margarine + groundnut oil. Then allow to melt and get clearer.

    At this point, you introduce your onions and sâute for 2-3mins. Then introduce your sliced tomatoes and allow to fry well.

    Afterwards, you introduce your pepper, seasoning cubes, crayfish and salt. Then, the egg follows lastly.

    Stir the mixture for 3mins and its ready
