Steps

Firstly mash the potatoes,add onions, green chilli,red chilli powder,black pepper powder, coriander powder,coriander leaves,salt as needed(salt add while doing stuffing). mix it well.

Put wheat flour in a bowl. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough

Make small balls (as needed). Add spoonful of potato fill in the center.

Seal the dough with help of fingers. Press the rolling pin from all sides while making paratha.

Apply pressure very gently from all sides.

Heat the tawa and roast the paratha on both sides. Cook the paratha with using butter on medium flame.

Serve hot with curd or pickle.
