On the old AllTheCooks site before Cookpad took over, there was a great Greek seasoning recipe that I loved. The recipe and it's owner have both disappeared but I've made this blend so often I can make it without thinking about it. I linked it to a few of my Greek style recipes but the links are now gone too so I'm posting my slightly improved version so everyone can still enjoy it

Ingredients

  • 2 tspdried oregano
  • 2 tspgarlic granules
  • 1.5 tsponion powder
  • 1 tsplow-sodium salt
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspdried parsley
  • 1 tspOriginal Bisto Gravy powder or beef bouillon
  • 1 tspcornflour / cornstarch
  • 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tspground nutmeg

Steps

    Simply mix together and store in an old spice container
