Stuffed Jumbo pasta shells

I had been wanting to try some shells, and so I just mixed and put together some things. I also wanted to try it without ricotta cheese, but you can use if you like or also cottage cheese or cream cheese. Or a mixture. It's so versatile!

- 10
Then stuff shells with the meat cheese mixture and add them one by one to the baking dish pan that has the small layer of plain sauce on bottom of it.
- 11

This pasta is easy and fun to make. The pasta sauce clings onto the holes and ridges of the shells which makes this pasta dish tastier. You can make small batches of this pasta and use it for minestrone soup. The consistency of the dough will change by temperature, humidity, season or even day by day, so adjust accordingly.
