
Cheesy Chicken and broccoli pasta (Gluten free)
Lean high protein pasta
Steps

Dice chicken, put in yoghurt and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Cook pasta as per packet and reserve 2 ladles of the water.

Spray a frying pan with fry light (personally do 7 pumps). Wash chicken and cook with 1 tbsp of Thyme.

Remove chicken from pan and fry diced onion and garlic until soft.

Add Broccoli and ladles of pasta reserve water from earlier. Wait for Broccoli softening and water reducing.

Add chicken stock, salt, pepper, the other tbsp of Thyme and Philadelphia Cheese and Cheddar
- 7
Add chicken, let sauce thicken then serve with fresh Thyme or as it is.
