Ingredients

  1. Hariyali Chicken Tikka(green)
  2. 500 gramschicken boneless
  3. 1/2 cup mint leaves
  4. 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  5. 2 tbspcurd
  6. 2 tbsplemon juice
  7. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  8. as neededSalt
  9. 4green chillies
  10. Grind mint and coriander leaves, green chillies into paste
  11. Malai tikka(white tikka)
  12. 500 gramschicken boneless
  13. 2 tbsplemon juice
  14. 2 tbspcurd
  15. 2 tspblack pepper
  16. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  17. 2 tspfresh cream
  18. 2 tspcashew paste
  19. Chicken tikka:(red)
  20. 500 gramsboneless chicken
  21. 2 tbspcurd
  22. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  23. 2 tbsplemon juice
  24. 1 tspKashmir chilli powder
  25. 2 tspchilli powder
  26. 1 tspturmeric powder
  27. 1 tspcumin powder
  28. 1 tspcoriander powder
  29. 1 tspgaram masala
  30. 1/2 tspred food colour (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken with the appropriate ingredients given above.

  2. 2

    Soak for 6-8 hours.

  3. 3

    Arrange or line up the marinated chicken in skewer.

  4. 4

    Place the skewers in a wire rack

    Grill in preheated oven for 40 mins(220 degree c)

  6. 6

    Remove this from oven.

    Show this into direct fire for 1-2 mins.

    Serve with lemon and sliced onions.
