Sieve flour in a bowl add milk,salt,baking powder and powdered ginger mix well,add your melted butter rub it,add warm water and kneed to form a softy dough

Allow it to rise for 5minutes.Roll it using rolling pin and cut into desired size and shape.

Fry in hot oil till golden brown.When the chin chin had cooled down completely, is ready to eat😋 Enjoy
