Steps

Cut capsicum in round shape.

Mash boiled potatoes, add chopped onion and all spices and mix well.

Fill the stuffing in the capsicum.

Take flat tawa or kadhai put 2-3 drops of oil and put filled capsicum on it and let it cook.

Change it's side and grate cheese on it.

Shimla mirch ready to serve.
