To prepare the kibbeh dough: Soak the bulgur in boiling water for 2 hours. Add the remaining ingredients and knead well until a dough forms. Set aside.

To prepare the filling: Finely grind the chicken breasts as you would for ground meat. Finely chop the onion. Sauté the onion until soft, then add the ground chicken and cook until done. Season with salt and white pepper. Remove from heat and stir in the parsley and pomegranate seeds.

Shape the kibbeh dough, fill with the chicken mixture, and fry until golden brown. Enjoy!
