Ingredients

  1. 1 litrefull cream milk
  2. as requiredSugar but I used Khand
  3. 100 gmsmilk powder
  4. 15-20soaked almonds
  5. as requiredDry fruits for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Take 1 litre milk, Stir and Boil. Stir occasionally on medium flame.

    Keep stirring till it turns creamy. Cook on medium flame and then it thickens after 30 minutes

  3. 3

    Turns paste after 50 minutes. Add sugar or khand. Cook on low flame. Sugar melts and turns into paste.

    Then add milk powder and soaked almond paste into it. Add cardamom powder and Mix well.

  5. 5

    After it cools down roll it into small balls or pedas and then garnish with dry fruits.
