Ingredients

240 gmsOats
2Banana puree
2 tbspCoconut oil
pinchSalt
100 gmsShakkar/sugar
50 gmsPeanuts
1 tspCinnamon
20 gmsRaisin
40 gmsMixed nuts
20 gmsPumpkin seeds
4 tbspWater

Steps

Pre heat the oven to 160c.

Toss all the dry ingredients into a large bowl.

Bring the banana puree, shakker, coconut oil with water to a boil.

Pour the hot syrup into the granola.

Mix well.
6

Pour the granola mix on baking tray and bake for 15-20 mins, untill golden brown in colour.
