Ingredients

  • 3boiled potatoes
  • 1/4 bunchchopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoonminced garlic
  • 1/2lemon
  • 1green bell pepper, diced small
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoonground coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash the potatoes and place them in a skillet with a tablespoon of oil. Stir well.

  2. 2

    Add the garlic, green bell pepper, parsley, salt, black pepper, and coriander. Stir, then add the lemon juice. Remove from heat, place in a serving dish, and enjoy.
