Initially marinate the prawns with salt, cornflour, food colour, ginger garlic paste, rice flour, turmeric powder,lemon juice, red chilli powder..Soak for 30 minutes.

Fry the marinated prawns, shift the Prawns into a bowl and in the same pan add curry leaves,green chilli,onions and tomatoes.

Saute all together and cook for 8-10 minutes

Now add red chilli powder, salt,tomato paste and mix well.

Add fried prawns to the gravy and give it a quick stir.

Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
