Boil big tomatoes, onion sliced, garlic cloves in water until tomatoes skin shrink. When tomatoes shrink, switch off the heat. Peel off the tomatoes skin.

Blend blanched tomatoes along with onion and garlic to a smooth purée. Transfer to a hot wok.

Add turmeric powder,coriander powder. salt., red chilli powder, garam masala powder. Allow to boil for 3 minutes.

In a pan, fry boiled eggs in oil.

In the same pan, in the remaining oil, do Tadka with mustard seeds red chillies, fennel seeds, curry leaves a sprig. Now transfer the fried eggs to the simmering gravy. Pour the tadka contents along with the oil.

Simmer and cook the curry for 2 minutes. Tamatar ka kut is ready to serve.
