Vermicelli kheer
Steps

Take a nonstick pan add milk into it and boil it on Medium flame till it gets reduced to half the quantity of milk added.

Now add roasted vermicelli and sugar in milk boil it till it's get thick in quantity.

Now add dry fruits in it Garnish it with some kesar strings.

Now kheer is ready to serve,can be served hot or cold.
