Eggless Whole Wheat Coffee Cupcakes

Steps

Sieve whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl

Mix milk, curd and sugar in another bowl until the sugar dissolves fully.

Mix coffee powder in 2 tsp of milk to create a smooth paste and add to the milk, curd and sugar mixture. Also add the oil and vanilla essence and mix well.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients in one bowl and mix them gently to create a uniform batter.

Place cupcake holders in a baking tray and pour the batter into the holders.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.

Cool the cupcakes outside the over. Cover with your favourite icing or toppings and serve.
