Ingredients

15 minutes
serves 2 servin
  • 2 cupsBasmati rice cooked
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 4-5Garlic cloves--fat cloves chopped finely
  • 4Dry Red Chillies cut into small pieces
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspSugar
  • 1 tspSoy Sauce or to taste
  • 1 tspVinegar or to taste
  • handfulSpring Onions finely chopped

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan or a wok.
    Add in garlic and dry red chillies. Saute for a min.
    Add in the salt and sugar mix well.
    Add in rice and toss well in the oil.
    Add little soya sauce and vinegar. Toss well on high heat.
    Now add in spring onions and mix well.
    Ready to Serve.
