Peel & cut your yam in to desired shape, wash it add some water and salt,cook it in a pot then seive & set aside

Crack your egg in a bowl add sliced onions, and some scotch bonnet,garlic, seasoning and spices and beat the egg.

Cut the yam in to desired shape and put it inside the egg stir a littlex when the yam is coated with the egg on both side then place the yam in a medium heat deep fry oil.

Fry on both side until it turns out to golden brown seive it, it's done enjoy😋
