First, we will prepare the stuffing, take a pan. Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil, once the mustard spluttered add peanuts, sprouted chickpea. Now add red chilli powder, garam masala, jeera powder, salt and chat masala to the mixture and mix well. Now keep this stuffing aside.

Take a Kadhai boil 1 cup water, ¼ tablespoon salt and ½ tablespoon ghee. add 1 cup fine rice flour. mix the flour well with water. allow to rest for 3-5 minutes. When the flour is still hot, knead with your hand

Pinch a small lemon sized ball and flatten it. with the help of both thumbs start pressing the edges and create a dent in centre. now scoop a tablespoon of prepared stuffing.

Close the top by pinching and making it pointed. place the kadabu in steamer leaving gaps in between. cover and steam the kadabu for 10 minutes or till the shiny texture appears on them
