First prepare your own sugar syrup from scratch or get it store-bought. First boil the milk at low heat for 45 minutes, then add sugar to the milk and divide the milk into two portions and add saffron and mawa to one of the portion for colour and mix it then kalakand to the other portion and mix it for a while.

Then take the bread in a circle shaped utensil and cut it in a circle shape then pour some ghee in a kadai and deep fry the circle shaped breads.

Then dip the fried breads in the sugar syrup so that it becomes soft. Then pour the saffron milk-mawa mixture and the kalakand milk on top of the sugar dipped bread and sprinkle some cardamom and saffron on top for decoration.
