Add sugar in a wide pan,then add water to it and bring to boiling point.

Stir till it turns to one string consistency and add cardamom powder.

Finally add lemon juice to stop crystallization process.

Cover and keep it aside.

Blend the bread slices into fine powder like bread crumbs.

Add milk powder and crumble together.

Now slowly add warm milk and knead to a soft dough

Grease hands with ghee and make small balls.(without cracks)

Heat ghee on medium flame, fry the jamun.

Roll the jamun and fry in low flame,till it turns to golden brown.

Drop the fried jamun into sugar syrup.

Cover with the lid and rest for 2hours.

Finally jamun turns to double the size.
