Peel and wash your potatoes. Boil in salted water till tender.

Drain and put them in a large bowl. Add milk and butter and mash together (the heat from the potatoes melts the butter, if you don't have masher and want to use hand instead, then let the potatoes cool and melt the butter before adding it). Roll into a ball (or any desired shape) and keep aside.

Fry onions in a pot with oil. Add pepper and chillies and sauté for a minute

Add your minced meat and seasoning and allow to cook for a few minutes. Let the meat cook before you turn off the heat.

Serve with your mashed potatoes. Enjoy
