Ingredients

  • 3 cupRice
  • 1/2 cupDaal mong
  • Oil as req
  • 1Onion
  • 1 tbspCumin
  • to tasteSalt
  • G.G paste 1tsp
  • as neededSabut garam masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil and onion slicesand cumin in pan golden brown them now add g.g paste

  2. 2

    Then add soaked rice and daal and fry add water as needed to rice salt and sabut garam masala

  3. 3

    Put on dum and serve..
