Ingredients

  1. 500 gflour
  2. 150 gsugar
  3. 50 gyeast
  4. 50 gbutter
  5. 3eggs
  6. 3/4 cupswater

Cooking Instructions

    Mix egg, yeast, sugar and water in a bowl

    Add flour to make a dough

  3. 3

    Add butter

  4. 4

    Kneed for 20-30min

  5. 5

    Cover and let rise for 1hr...cut or mould and allow to rise again I ts size

  6. 6

    Deep fry(oil should not be too hot)
