1 kgRidged gourd
1 tspGinger garlic paste
Tomatoes 2 medium chopped
to tasteSalt
1 tspBlack pepper powder
1 tspTurmeric powder
1 tspCoriander powder
1/2 cupOil

Steps

Cut Turai in pieces. Now heat oil add Turai (ridged gourd) and fry well.

Now add chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, coriander powder, turmeric powder and bhunify it well.

Add some water to cook in dum.
