Wash some lettuce and chop it in smaller pieces

Fry the bacon

Take one slice of bread and spread some butter on it. Turn around the bread, put the bacon, the cheese, some thym and another slice of bread. Spread some butter on the top of it. ⚠️Remember that the butter side of the bread must be outside the sandwich.

In a stove, medium heat, fry the the sandwich on the both sides, be careful when you return it. After well cooked, put it in a plate

In the same stove, pour some olive oil, fry two eggs, then put it on the top of the croque madame

Add some lettuce, you can add some salad dressing if you want, enjoy your meal 😊
