This is one of many versions of my pasta salad. I call this one pizza pasta, so my kids will eat it, if it has the word pizza in it my kids will eat it lol!!! This always disappears quickly , everyone loves it when I bring it to a cookout, bbq, or a family event pot luck.. I like to make this for picnics and short day trips when I take a cooler. This is definitely my go to pasta salad, and so easy and quick.

I wanted to prepare a light yet luxurious looking pizza to serve for Christmas dinner with chicken, so I made this.Simmer the tomato sauce until it's no longer watery. If you add a lot of salad it will look great and taste great, but it will be a bit tricky to eat. Please use as little or as much as you like. Bored eating paratha's or thepla alone without any other ingredients,then try this with salad as topping and tastes like pizza.
