Freestyle omelet

This recipe came to me while I was at the supermarket, wondering what to cook for the dinner. In my home country I have a similar dish call Fun Yu Ha (it’s a Chinese omelet style). It is my first time cooking that and I can say that I’m really satisfied 😁

This recipe came to me while I was at the supermarket, wondering what to cook for the dinner. In my home country I have a similar dish call Fun Yu Ha (it’s a Chinese omelet style). It is my first time cooking that and I can say that I’m really satisfied 😁

Chop in small pieces: onion, mushrooms and spring onion

Chop the garlic, the cabbage and the ham
- 3
In a big bowl, mix the eggs with salt, pepper and thym

With some olive oil, fry the onion, then the mushrooms and the spring onion all separately. Add some oil each time if you need to. Once cooked, put aside in the same plate

Fry the ham, then put aside with the previous preparations. Pour some olive oil in the stove and fry the cabbage and add the garlic

Once well cooked, add all the previous preparations and stir. Add the eggs and stir gently on a medium heat

Ready to serve, enjoy your meal with or without rice it’s up to you 😊
