  1. 6Boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. Cheese cubes 4
  3. 2Green chillies
  4. 1/2 teaspoonChat masala
  5. 1 teaspoonRoasted cumin powder
  6. 2 tablespoonCornflour
  7. 2 tablespoonBread crumbs
  8. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  9. 1 teaspoonMaggi masala-e-magic
  10. Oil for frying
  11. 2 tablespoonscornflour paste

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients in mashed potatoes except cheese and bread crumbs.

    Flatten it lightly on a clean surface. And with the help of a heart shape cookie cutter, cut it nicely.

    Cut the cheese cubes into thin slices, keep it on one heart and cover it with another heart.

  4. 4

    Now roll the hearts in cornflour mixture and then in bread crumbs. Take a wok and heat oil, and then fry the hearts from both sides.

    Enjoy with your favourite chutney or dip.
