Ingredients

4 servings
  • 6Boiled and mashed potatoes
  • Cheese cubes 4
  • 2Green chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoonChat masala
  • 1 teaspoonRoasted cumin powder
  • 2 tablespoonCornflour
  • 2 tablespoonBread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonMaggi masala-e-magic
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoonscornflour paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in mashed potatoes except cheese and bread crumbs.

    Flatten it lightly on a clean surface. And with the help of a heart shape cookie cutter, cut it nicely.

    Cut the cheese cubes into thin slices, keep it on one heart and cover it with another heart.

    Now roll the hearts in cornflour mixture and then in bread crumbs. Take a wok and heat oil, and then fry the hearts from both sides.

    Enjoy with your favourite chutney or dip.
