Ingredients

30 minutes
16 cutlets
  1. 2 cupsBoiled Rajma
  2. 3Boiled potatoes medium size
  3. 1/4 cupCarrot cubed and boiled
  4. 1/4 cupBeans chopped and boiled
  5. 1/4 cupGreen peas boiled
  6. 1/4 cupSweet corns boiled cheese cubes
  7. 1/2 cupBreadcrumbs + 1 cup for coating
  8. 1 tspKashmir red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspCumin powder
  10. 1 tspDry mango powder
  11. 1 tspGaram masala
  12. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  13. 1 tbspChopped green chillies
  14. 4 tbspCoriander leaves
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. as requiredOil for deep frying
  17. For cornflour batter ::
  18. 4 tbspCorn flour
  19. 3 tbspMaida
  20. 1/2 tspCrushed pepper
  21. 1/2 tspOregano
  22. 1/4 cup+ 3 tbspWater
  23. 1/2 tspSalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl add rajma, potato, all boiled vegetables, sweet corn and mash this well.

    Add breadcrumbs, chilli powder, cumin powder, mango powder, garam masala, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and salt. Combine all well forming a dough.

    In a mixing bowl add cornflour, maida, pepper, oregano, Salt and mix well. Add water slowly for preparing a smooth batter.

    Now bring the rajma mixture, grease your hands with oil.Take a ball sized rajma mixture and roll it and flatten it with your fingers. Add a cheese cube in center and roll it like cylindrical shape.

    Now dip in cornflour batter, then coat with breadcrumbs. Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame for about 4 to 5 mins till it change golden in colour and crisp.

    Finally cutlets are ready to serve. Serve hot with green mint chutney and tomato ketchup.
