100 gm Mango chocolate compound
1 tbsp kiwi compote

Melt mango compound by double bath method. Stir continuously with spoon to soften it, now fill the melted chocolate in piping cone and give cut to pipe chocolate in mould.fill 1/4 of mould with chocolate and place kiwi compote in center and again fill with chocolate till top tap to remove air bubbles. Keep in the fridge for 10-mins.

Remove form the fridge and unmold chocolate and serve in plate garnish with rose petals & serve Yummy Kiwi stuffed Mango chocolate Modak to Shree Ganesha.
