Sausage rolled in french toast bites
i used smokies for this recipe...and it turned out good.

Cook your sausages/smokies till well done. you can deep fry them or grill them. i grilled mine in the oven

Chop of the brown sides of your bread slices and try flattening them slightly using a rolling pin

Place your sausages/smokies on the bread slices and roll them to the rod shape

Beat your eggs and spice it using the cinnamon, salt and pepper
- 5
Dip the rolled up rods into the beaten eggs ensuring they are evenly covered

Grease your pan and place it under medium heat, cook the rods to a nice golden color. You can serve them at this point (for finger parties)

Chop them into sizable bites, 1 inch maybe. Enjoy with tea.
