Wash meat thoroughly chop into bite size and cook with some of the onion and salt until tender.

Add chopped tomatoes,bell pepper and cook for a few more minutes,add enough water depending on how soupy you want it and bring to a boil.

Add washed acha seed and allow to cook for about 10 minutes,finally add the roughly chopped spinach,sour leaves and the remaining onion.5 minutes is enough to cook the veggies.Soup is ready,you can drizzle ghee and enjoy a light and healthy dinner.
