  • 1 bowlFresh malai
  • 1 tbspPaneer grated
  • 1 eachOnion,tomato,green chilli chopped
  • 2 tspKasuri methi
  • as requiredsalt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder

  1. 1

    In a wok add 1 tsp ghee. Add all veggiess and cook add spices then add malai and paneer.

    Cook for 5 minutes. Add Kasuri methi. Cook for 2 minutes more.

    Sabzi ready to serve. Enjoy with chapati.
