Steamed tadka samosa

Take a bowl and all purpose flour, carom seeds,yeast sugar,salt,oil,little water and mix nicely to make dough later rest it for 15 mins

Heat oil in a pan and green chillies,ginger paste,green peas,soya chunks,corn, boiled potatoes, paneer mash,cumin and red chilli powder, chat masala,salt,schezwan chutney,mix herb,coriander leaves mix nicely and add lime juice

Divide the dough into small portion and roll into oval shape cut into two halfs.apply little water on the edges and roll into cone shape and stuff the mixture apply little water and fold into samosa shape and keep aside

Line steamer bowl with banana leaves and place samosa,steam it for 15 mins

Heat oil pan and add mustard seed,cumin seed,turmeric powder, coriander leaves steamed samosas some water and allow it to bowl.while boiling add lime juice,sugar and salt

Steamed tadka samosa ready to serve with chutney
