Egg and Cheese Sandwich

Heat olive oil in a small, non-stick pan over medium heat.

Break and beat your eggs into a small sized bowl. Add in your salt, maggi and dried pepper, and mix together

Pour the eggs into the heated oil and allow it to set in the pan. Leave for 1-2minutes, and flip over

When the egg is fairly browned on both sides, slide it onto a plate and cut into smaller slices that will fit in your bread

Bring out your slice of cheese and cut into smaller slices/cubes as well

Place the first slice of warm bread on a clean surface/or a tray and arrange the slices of egg and cheese side by side, and lining it with ketchup

Repeat step 6 with every extra slice of bread until all slices are filled

Place in an air-fryer or an oven for 2minutes until the top surface becomes brown (like toast). Flip and put back in oven until the bottom is browned as well.

Place on a neat surface and use a bread knife to slice your sandwich diagonally. Voila! Your Egg-Cheese Sandwich is Ready
