Ingredients

3 persons
  • 1 cupvermicelli
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 cupgrated carrot
  • 1/4 cupchopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cupboiled sweet corn
  • 1 tspgrated ginger
  • 1 tbspchopped tomato
  • 2 tbspchopped spring onion
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • 1/4 cupany kind of shredded cheese
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsporegano
  • 1 tspwhite oil
  • to tasteSalt

    At first boil vermicelli in boiling water with little bit salt. After boiling drained out water and wash it with cold water.

    Now make a batter with eggs, all chopped vegetables and mixed it well.

    After that add boiled vermicelli, salt, oregano and black pepper powder and mixed it altogether one more time.

    Now take oven proof tray or cup and brush it with little bit white oil. And pour the batter with spoon. Now topped with shredded cheese.

  5. 5

    Preheat your oven to 350 degree fahrenheit or 180 degree celcius. Now place your tray in oven and bake it for 15 mins.

  6. 6

    After 15 mins take it out from oven and serve it hot with tomato sauce.
