Mash the mawa by hands in a big plate.

Add flour and mix well so that it become smooth.

Now make sugar syrup adding sugar in 1 glass water and boil.

Now take small portion of mawa mixture on palm and keep a little bit gulkand mixture in it and close and make a ball.

Deep fry dark red in hot ghee at slow flame.

Remove in a plate and dip in sugar syrup.
- 7
Now gulabjamun is ready to serve.
