Tea & Soy Sauce Braised Chicken Tea & Soy Sauce Braised Chicken
This Tea & Soy Sauce Braised Chicken is a great dish for a weeknight meal or casual dinner party with its budget- and palate-friendly but subtly complex flavor profile; a short, easily subbed and somewhat fused ingredient list; and a beautiful presentation with little fuss. This recipe goes from stovetop to oven, so you'll need either a large ovensafe pot or pan to go directly into the oven from the stove, or a pot/pan in which to sear and braise the chicken, and an oven safe dish in which to broil the skin. You could go without the broiling step, and the dish will still be delicious, but you'll miss out on that beautifully crisped and slightly charred chicken skin that I love so well (too much, maybe). x -

Beautiful Aroma Milk Tea Bread Rolls Beautiful Aroma Milk Tea Bread Rolls
I made this for my friend who loves black tea. It's a sweet bread that's great for both snack and breakfast.Adding condensed milk in Step 1 reduces the hot milk temperature. Please follow this step and do not add condensed mild straight to the bowl.Although it will be a sticky dough at first, it will become an easy dough to work with after 5 minutes. So be patient.I used Earl Grey tea this time which has a beautiful aroma, but you can use your own favourite flavour. Recipe by caramel-cookie cookpad.japan -
Easy Crispy Black Tea Shortbread Cookies Easy Crispy Black Tea Shortbread Cookies
These cookies are my signature dish that I make quite often. You can keep the dough in the freezer for about 2 weeks, so make it when you have time.Use powdered sugar that contains corn starch (It will make the cookies crispy). The heavy cream is used for binding the dough and butter. So you don't need to use it if you don't have it. Recipe by Gakochan cookpad.japan
