It comes to mind what is infused water? Is it normal water or anything else? The infused water can easily be made at home with the choice of combination of fruits, herbs and vegetables immersed in cold water. It is also called detox water or hydrate water. It checks dehydration in summer also. It also helps in body weight reduction.

I have taken here watermelon, ginger and mint leaves.

Ingredients

As one likes
  • 1 cupscooped watermelon with seeds
  • 1/2 inch ginger finely sliced
  • 10ice cubes
  • 7-8fresh mint leaves

    Mix all ingredients one by one like watermelon first, then ginger, and then crushed mint leaves.

    Lastly put the ice cubes and fill rest of the bottle with normal water.

    Refrigerate for 2 hours for actual infusion of ingredients with water. Sip when you like.
