This Sandwich can be prepared in an electric sandwich toaster or gas Sandwich toaster
Steps

First ready the batter ingredients. Wash thick poha well on a strainer and immediately take it in mixie jar.

Add in oats,besan and curd

Churn. Add in water as needed and churn to form a thick batter. Transfer to a bowl.

Add in salt, pepper powder oregano and green chillies. Mix well.

Cover lid and rest the batter for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing. Ready all the Stuffing Ingredients.

Chop and grated the ingredients and mix in the mentioned spices. Grate in 2 cheese cubes.

Mix and keep ready. The rested batter will get thick. Add water and set a thick batter consistency.

Final batter should be thick as shown in the video. Apply butter on both sides of the electric sandwich toaster.

Place a layer of the batter.

Place stuffing layer and cover it with some batter. Close lid of toaster and toast for 4 minutes.

Now sprinkle the seeds(else they get burnt if sprinkled initially). Toast until crispy.

Similarly, assemble the sandwich in the gas toaster. Toast on slow gas flame.

Turn and toast both sides until crispy. Serve with ketchup or tea.

Note: These sandwiches can be prepared raw in advance and toasted again on tava before serving.

Serve the sandwiches as a healthy breakfast.
