Ingredients

  1. 1 litreMilk
  2. 10-12Salted Biscuits
  3. 1/2 cupchopped roasted cashwes and almonds
  4. 15-20Raisins
  5. 2finely chopped onions
  6. 4black cardamom
  7. 4finely chopped green chillies
  8. 1 tablespoonschopped coriander leaves
  9. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  10. 1 tablespoongrated ginger
  11. 1 tablespoongaram masala
  12. 10-12black pepper
  13. 1 tablespooncoriander powder
  14. 10cloves
  15. 4-5 clovesfinely chopped garlic
  16. 1 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
  17. 2 tablespoonDesi Ghee
  18. 1/4 teaspoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the milk and stir continuously switch off the flame once it takes the form of wet mawa and let it cool.

    Crush the salted biscuits and make powder out of it.

    Dry roast cloves, black pepper, black cardamom and cumin seeds

  4. 4

    Grind all these dry roasted spices and make a powder.

    Take garlic, chillies, onion and grind those and keep them aside

  6. 6

    In a bowl take the wet mawa, powdered biscuits, dry roasted spices, coriander leaves, mint leaves, chopped onion, almonds, cashews, raisins and required salt and mix them well.

    Grease palms and flatten the dough. Cook the kababs in the gas tandoor.

    Once the kebab turns golden, turn it to another side and let it cook too.

    Once cooked, remove it from the tandoor.

  10. 10

    Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
