Clean the beans and rinse well

Put the beans in pot of water, add the cut onions, cover and allow to cook (half done)

When its cooked halfly, add palm oil, pomo, maggi and salt, stir and cover for 5 minute
- 4
Peel and cut plantain in big cubes, add it to the pot of beans on fire and stir together. Allow for 5 minute. Add the pepper and mix together cover until cooked and thick.

Add in the clean ogu leave stir together cover to simmer for 3 minute.

Dish out and serve hot
