Stuffed Yellow Moong Daal Palak Cheela

Clean and wash and rinse the moong daal and soak for 2 hrs

Take the palak in mixture, adding two chillies, 1/4 water and grind to a fine pure

Drain the water from the soaked daal and add to mixture and grind the batter while adding salt and mix well. The batter is ready for Cheela, add 1/2 tsp of Carom seed

Pour a ladle full of batter on a pre heated and greased tawa. Spread it into a thin layer by moving the ladle in circular motion

Spread some stuffing over the Cheela along with some grated cheese. For extra flavour sprinkle chat masala

Drizzle some oil and cook on medium heat till it's edges turn brown and crispy

Fold into half and serve with your choice of chutney
