Curd cheese Dumplings

Buying the Curd Cheese in blocks like butter makes the first step to fully break down the Curd Cheese with a fork.

Add the Eggs, the Semolina and the Flour. Blend all the ingredients well, then leave the mixture in the fridge for a half an hour.

Take the mixture out from the fridge and with wet hands or a spoon make a egg size dumpling balls. Drop them boiling water (boiling on low heat) and cook them for roughly 5-6 minutes. Cut one in half, checking if fully cooked.

We roll ‘em in butter-fried breadcrumb and serving with soured cream & vanilla flavoured icing sugar
