Ingredients

15pieces
  • 4 cupsflour
  • 1 tbspyeast
  • 4 tbspnsugar
  • 1egg
  • 1/4 cupbutter
  • 1 cuplukewarm water

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour lukewarm water in a bowl and dissolve the yeast, add sugar, butter and egg, pour flour and knead into a soft dough.

  2. 2

    Allow to rise to 30-45mins, roll and cut your shapes of doughnuts and allow to rise again.

    Deep fry until slightly golden. Dust with sugar and ENJOY.
