Ragi bhakri or roti or chapati is made by boiling water and cooking the flour in it to make the dough.. makes melt in the mouth soft rotis..and a good way to include the wonder millet in your diet.

Bring the water to a boil with the salt in a thick bottomed pan

Once it bubbles add both the flours and mix with spoon

Let it cook for 5 minutes

Switch off flame and keep it covered for 10 minutes

Once it's warm enough to touch knead it well. Do not let the dough become cold

Make a tight dough like how it's made for poori.

Pinch balls out of it and roll on butter paper or old oil cover

Roast it on the tava on a medium flame till brown spots appear on both sides

Enjoy with spicy side dish.
