Ingredients

15 minutes
  1. 1 cupwhite mutter-Boiled
  2. 1 cupfinely chopped Onion
  3. 2-3Tomato Puree
  4. 2 tspKashmiri Chilli Powder
  5. 1 tspdhania /coriander powder
  6. 1 tspJeera / cumin Powder
  7. 1 TspTurmeric Powder
  8. 1Bay Leaf
  9. 25 mlgroundnut Oil
  10. 1 TspGaram Masala
  11. 1 TspPav Bhaji Masala / Usal Masala
  12. 5 tspBesan dissolved in water
  13. as requiredThick Sev and Spring Onion to Serve with

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a Pan add Oil,saute Onion, Garlic Paste, bay leaf.. after then add Tomato Puree....

    When oil separates add all Dry ingredients (Masala) and cook for a while.

    When cooked add water and boil for 10-15 min.

  4. 4

    Add nearly boiled mutter and Cook for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Add Besan dissolved in water, and cook for 5 minutes-Add green coriander chopped if you wish.USAL is ready to serve

    To serve in a Dish Take Usal..Add Sev and chopped Green Onion, Lemon Juice as taste and have it with Pav....
