Ingredients

  • Beef cubes halfkg
  • 3 tbspShan tikka Boti masala
  • 1 tspRed chilli flakes
  • G.G paste 1tbsp
  • 1 tbspMeat tender
  • 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspYellow food colour
  • Coal
  • Oil as required

Steps

  1. 1

    At first apply all ingredients over beef cubes and marinate it over night then place them in seekh

  2. 2

    Then lit coal stove and apply oil over the meat cubes then let them cook until done then serve with parhata
